Snyder FFA Ag Farm
The Snyder FFA Ag Farm is located on 208 South approximately 1/2 mile south of Big Country Chevrolet. Any FFA member wishing to conduct an SAE project using this facility is welcome. Please visit with the Agricultural Science Teachers to obtain a Farm contract, keys, and pen/land space.
We have a fully indoor show pig barn, a pole barn for housing sheep/goats/cattle, a smaller barn for sows, and a barn for chickens. The chapter maintains a sheep/goat bumper pull trailer (with AC), a general livestock bumper pull, and a gooseneck trailer for pigs/sheep/goats. We also have a truck bed stock box for goats and baby pigs.
Land is also set aside for vegetable/crop production.
